The bi-annual Allard Reward Photography Competitors, which acknowledges photographic quality showing the perfects of the Allard Reward, is adjudicated by the Allard Reward Committee and Maxe Fisher, Partner Teacher, Professors of Style + Dynamic Media, Emily Carr University of Art + Style.

Professional photographers are enouraged to send entries year-round.
Entries need to show styles of guts and management in combating.
corruption, particularly through promoting openness, responsibility,.
the guideline of law, and of human rights and/or anti-corruption normally.
We likewise especially welcome entries that illustrate corruption and human.
rights offenses in the industrialized world.


Each winning photo will get CAD $1,000 and be included on the Allard Reward site, with a short description and the professional photographer’s name, for 6 months. Winning entries will be archived as a previous winner on the site later

How to Go into.

( a) To get in the Competitors, Entrants should submit their photo and finish the online submission type consisting of:

i) a short description (approximately 1200 characters) of the photo, explaining how the photo shows the styles of the Allard Reward of guts and management in combating corruption, particularly through promoting openness, responsibility and the guideline of law, or of human rights and/or anti-corruption normally; andii) a short bio of the Entrant

( b) Pictures sent are to be digital pictures, sent at the greatest resolution fairly possible. Horizontal images need to be at least 1180 pixels broad and vertical images need to be at least 740 pixels high. The photo ought to have no borders and no white or black framing. The file name should include the name of the professional photographer.

( c) By sending an Entry, Entrants grant to the University of British Columbia (” UBC”) all rights in and to the Entries needed for the function of the Competition.No Entries will be returned for any factor
