Applications are open for the GSMA Development Fund for Digitisation of Agricultural Worth Chains 2019 The Fund for Digitisation of Agricultural Worth Chains intends to scale digital services for the farming last mile and enhance smallholders’ monetary addition, income and environment strength.

The Fund prioritises business services targeted at organisations (e.g. agribusiness, cooperatives, and so on) obtaining from smallholders with the concentrate on those residing on less than USD 2 daily.

Eligibility

Mobile Loan Driven Classification: Open to mobile cash service providers in collaboration with AgriTech suppliers who are establishing, executing, introducing and/or scaling business services (B2B2C) which digitise the farming last mile procurement and interaction with smallholders.

The proposed advancement or advancement of a business service need to consist of the following main use-cases:

  • Digitising procurement records and smallholder farmer profiles (fixed and vibrant details);-LRB- **************).

  • Digitising interaction and offering advisory services for smallholder farmers.

Data Driven Classification: Open to AgriTech organisations who have actually currently scaled a last mile farming digitisation service and developed a design for creating digital farmer records and checked out connecting farmer records with monetary company.

Application

Applications for financing are evaluated through a two-stage application procedure.
