The Program was developed in 1999 to allow current law graduates to acquire experience operating at the ICJ. The Judicial Fellows Program is planned to offer current law graduates experience operating at the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Prospects are chosen and sponsored by universities from which they have actually finished.
