Applications are open for the Peniel Structure Mentorship Program (PMP) 2019 The Peniel Mentorship Program is an e-mentoring program for youths with specials needs in Africa.
PMP will be matching youths with specials needs (Mentees) with extremely experienced Experts (Coaches) both with and without specials needs. The choice to run with a mixed system of experienced specialists comes from the vision of the company which is an inclusive society. The program is for a duration of 6 months with mentor-mentees conference online a minimum of 3 times a month throughout the duration.

The goals of the mentoring program are:

Mentees
- Peniel Mentorship Program intends to match Experts (career/business) with youths with specials needs in the hope of raising profession goals, company clearness and assisting to enhance their employability or launch their company endeavor with the ideal structure.

Mentee
- Candidate should be an individual coping with special needs
- Candidate should be 18-40 years
- Should be Nigerian
- Needs to have a gadget with web connection for the duration of the program
