Request Journalismfund Cash Path Grant: Exposing Illicit Financing 2018

Applications are open for the 2nd edition of the Journalismfund.eu Cash Path Grants 2018 for Reporters. In Cash Path, Journalismfund.eu uses working grants for blended groups of African, Asian and European reporters to examine cross-border illegal monetary circulations, tax abuse and corruption in Africa, Asia and Europe.

Grants are granted to reporters exclusively by Journalismfund.eu, without any input or oversight at any phase from the consortium as a whole. There will be 10 application rounds over the 3 years.

Cash Path is a collective task in between extremely concerned journalism and training organisations such as Financing Uncovered, Free Press Unlimited, Oxfam Novib and Journalismfund.eu. Cash Path is supported by the Dutch Nationale Postal Code Loterij.

Grant

• The overall quantity per call is around 50,000 euro.

Eligibility

• Just global reporter groups including a minimum of one African, one Asian and/or one European reporter are qualified to use.
• Each group should include reporters from a minimum of 2 continents;-LRB- ************).
• Groups need to make sure that their story will be released in a minimum of 2 continents. For that reason, throughout the application treatment they will be asked to publish letters of intent for publication from media companies in a minimum of 2 continents
• The focus need to be on illegal monetary circulations.

Your application need to satisfy these fundamental requirements if you wish to be thought about for a grant.

• Cash Path uses working grants for blended groups of African, Asian and European reporters to examine cross-border illegal monetary circulations, tax abuse and corruption in Africa, Asia and Europe. Just global reporter groups including a minimum of one African, one Asian and/or one European reporter are qualified to use.
• Each group should include reporters from a minimum of 2 continents.
• In order to be qualified for application, the groups need to make sure that their story will be released in a minimum of 2 continents. For that reason, throughout the application treatment they will be asked to publish letters of intent for publication from media organisations in a minimum of 2 continents.
