The Muste Institute is accepting applications for the Social Justice Fund 2019 They supports numerous active grantmaking programs promoting nonviolent action for social justice in the United States and worldwide. Social Justice Fund makes grants for grassroots activist jobs, offering top priority to those with little spending plans and little access to more traditional financing sources.

They are particularly thinking about moneying efforts to:

  • end the violence of borders and the criminalization of immigrants
  • eliminate the death sentence, closed down the jail commercial complex, redefine criminal justice
  • face institutionalized repression versus racial, ethnic, gender-based, and LGBTQ neighborhoods

Eligibility
