The War Art Reporting and Memory ( WARM) Structure and the Post-Conflict Proving Ground (PCRC) are looking for candidates for their yearly WARM Academy The WARM Academy is a multidisciplinary, academic and training program that concentrates on establishing individuals’ understanding, understanding, and important abilities in the fields of peacebuilding and dispute improvement.

Happening throughout Sarajevo’s yearly WARM Celebration, the Academy will include a series of masterclasses, workshops, and interactive panel conversations that provide innovative techniques and finest practices presently utilized around the world to attend to problems associated with modern dispute and post-conflict shifts. The series will be provided by first-rate specialists, academics, artists, and specialists from the fields of media, transitional justice, historic memory conservation, journalism, art, violence avoidance, human rights, and other associated fields.

WARM Academy Scholarships for Western Balkans Citizens

There are 15 scholarships offered for individuals who are nationals of any of the following Western Balkans nations: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, and Macedonia. A scholarship covers all program expenses including your travel and lodging. Please suggest whether you are making an application for this scholarship in the designated area of the application supplied listed below.

Eligibility

  • Open to trainees, scientists, artists, professional photographers, academics, reporters, and anybody with an interest in dispute improvement, peacebuilding, human rights, transitional justice, and other locations associated with dispute and post-conflict shifts.
  • Candidates should be18+ years of age
  • Have sophisticated English language abilities as the working language of the Academy is English.

There are just35 areas offered( consisting of 15 scholarships for Western Balkan citizens), so candidates must use today for their possibility to be part of this year‘s program!
