The YALI Regional Management Center East Africa is searching for boys and ladies in between the ages of 18 and 35 from Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo, DRC, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, and Uganda who are all set to welcome management and strive to change their nations.
Chosen individuals will take part in management training in a 4-week domestic format with a concentrate on specific and group management abilities, development, innovative knowing, and interaction. The program’s focus is on interactive and experiential knowing which cultivates each individual’s capability to contribute both separately and in groups.

The Young African Leaders Effort (YALI) was introduced by the U.S. Federal government as a signature effort to buy the next generation of African leaders. With more than 60% of its population listed below the age of 35, Africa is rapidly ending up being house to the world’s biggest variety of youths, which raises numerous concerns about the future of Africa.

Competitors for the YALI Regional Management Center East Africa is merit-based and available to young East African leaders who satisfy the following requirements:
- Are 18 to 35 years of age at the time of application submission,
- Are people and homeowners of among the list below nations: Burundi, Central African Republic. Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda,
- Are not U.S. people or long-term homeowners of the U.S.
- Are qualified to get any essential visa to Kenya, and
- Excel in reading, composing, listening and speaking English.
