The MacDowell Nest is the country’s leading artist nest. The Nest supports the arts by using imaginative people of the greatest skill a motivating environment in which they can produce sustaining works of the creativity.
Advantages
There are no residency charges. Travel grants along with need-based stipends are offered to open the residency experience to the broadest possible neighborhood of artists.
These monetary support programs are planned to aid with or cover the expenses of taking a trip to and from MacDowell, along with costs which artists anticipate to sustain while in home, consisting of lease and lost earnings.
